Short Film : Purity

Hi All,

This is my short film Purity based on real story.

"the film talks about purity within ourselves. It aims to create awareness about piracy. It shows a boy who sells pirated dvd's because of fear of the underworld, but buys original dvds to watch movies for himself."

Child Human Trafficking

Child human trafficking is growing problem of country. It is the problem which is not publicly identified in India.

The huge population and location and also number of international borders that India shares are the main factor contributing to child human trafficking.

Large numbers of children are trafficked within the country and outside the country.
According to a study conducted by Shakti Vahini , “Trafficking in India”, 378 of the 593 districts in India are affected by human trafficking. 10% of human trafficking in India is international, while almost 90% is interstate.

In India Children are trafficked for several reasons including sexual exploitation; adoption; entertainment & sports like acrobatics in circus, dance troupes, beer bars; marriage; labor; begging, organ trade ; drug peddling and smuggling.

Also Poverty, looks to be a major reason responsible for trafficking in children, is not the only cause. Loss of traditional sources of livelihood, growing unemployment, forced migration, the commodification of children and growing consumerism resulting from globalization have all contributed to the increase in child trafficking.

The ratio of man to women in various states are varying and child human trafficking also happening for forced child marriages in states like Haryana and Rajasthan.

Article 23 of the Constitution of India prohibits trafficking in any form. The National Legal Framework also provides provisions that are relevant and applicable to situations of trafficking. Some of these are:

Sec 363 A of IPC: Kidnapping or maiming a minor for the purpose of begging.
Sec 366 A of IPC: Procuring minor girl for sexual exploitation
Sec 366 B of IPC: Importation of girl from foreign country for sexual exploitation.

The Immortal Trafficking Prevention Act 1956: Procuring, inducing or taking person for sake of prostitution.

The Juvenile Justice Act: Procurement of a child under the age of 18 years for the purpose of exploitation.

But only making such a framework will not work to stop this child trafficking but govt must need to act, it needs to develop the areas, which serve as a source for human trafficking.
Govt need to resolve the main cause of this issue like poverty, under development, unemployment among others.

Recession and India

People say that recession does not have much impact In India. I think they just watch the Indian share market and conclude this based on the share prices etc etc.
But truth is very far away from this and reality is something else.
India seriously got hurt from this economic slowdown and the impact is not on big industry players but on domestic and interstate workers who lost their jobs due to cost cutting measures taken by those big players.
Due to cost cutting measures big players started throwing out people from their companies and based on such cost cutting measure they are still able to show their high profit margins.
Also Reserve Bank of India and Indian Govt just looked after those big players with decreasing rate of interest but overlooked those workers. Govt completely failed to ensure the jobs to those workers.

Let’s see how this recession impacted to domestic workers:
1. The textile sector which employs some 38 million workers faces the loss of half a million jobs by April 2009 as export orders fall.
2. Leather industry's estimated 3 lakh jobs is at stake.
3. Due to economic melt down, about 500,000 jobs are lost in Diamond industry.
4. More than 50,000 employees of the foundry units in Rajkot lost their jobs in recent time.
5. 2.5 lakh job cuts in IT and BPO industry
6. 10,000 ground crew lost their jobs in Aviation industry
7. Indian gems and jewellery industry have loss of around two lakh jobs during the last six months.
These are not just the Industries where millions of people lost but there are many more.

Now what Govt is doing for them. I would say nothing.
The following statement proves it that came from commerce and Industry minister.

"We need to analyze the job loss matter and there can't be any off the cuff solutions," said Commerce and Industry Minister Kamal Nath.

Govt announced huge pay hike for idle sitting (unproductive) Govt employees even during financial crisis but no job saving or packages for poor worker.

I think Govt need to reconsider this matter and must make some rules on big players so that jobs can be saved.

Common man and Corruption

1) If you are student and want to get attested photocopy of mark sheets with Govt official then please keep at least 50 rupees in your pocket. They charge 50 rupees for that and it is tax free income for govt first grade employees.

2) If you want to get Demand Draft in banks then you need to pay "extra" to peon otherwise you will have to wait till the end of day.

3) If you want to get loan sanctioned early or on time then you need to pay 1 to 5 percent of loan amount to manager otherwise your loan files may not be sanctioned.

4) If you want to get seat in AC compartment or during heavy rush if u want a seat in 2nd class sleeper, then even you have ticket of waiting then also you need to pay 100 rupees to Ticket Collector or TC or TT.

5)If you are carrying a huge luggage then you need to pay 50 rupees to bus conductor, If you wont pay then either conductor will not allow or will force you to take a receipt of higher amount then what the actual charges are.

6)If you want to be selected for some Govt post then you need to identify the interviewer and need to pay money. Money depends upon the post.

7) In any govt office if you want your work to be faster or at least to be done on time then you need either approach or huge sum of money which can be given to peon. Peon will take care of money and will be distributed to other officers.

8) If you want to get any tender then again you need to pay moti rakam (Huge amount of money) to babus and engineers.

9) If you are driving then even though you have all document then also you need to pay at least 50 rupees to save yourself from getting into trouble.
I know one style, what people do is that they keep only 50 rs in their pocket and no ATM card as well in pocket and pay 50 rs and get out from traffic police people.

10) If You go to a government office to obtain a birth certificate and the clerk demands a bribe of 50 rupees and if You don't pay up, You will end up going to the office some twenty times in the next one month and You may miss a dead line to apply for admission or face some other problem.

11) If you are farmer then you need to pay a lot of money to renew your certificate of land to obtain your land permission for agriculture purpose.

12) If you are running some business like shop etc then everyday cops will come to your shop and you need to pay a fixed amount of money to them. Else so many problems may happen with you and your business.

13) Even modern GOD also take money for better results. I am pointing the finger here on Govt Doctors where if patient is admitted in Govt hospital then someone from his family has to go to Doctor’s home and need to pay extra fees.

14) If you want driving license without delay then contact with broker and pay good amount of money. Processing will be smooth.

15)If you want to register F.I.R then also you need to pay some amount of money in police station which is most safe place for it.

All above points that I mentioned are my personal experience and there are many more type of corruption which exist in common man's life. Sometime I feel that without this corruption, common man can not live a better life in India.

This type of corruption is very small scale of corruption and there is large scale of corruption existed with higher level of people like politicians etc.
But to make India better we need to take steps and we need to avoid paying bribe or taking bribe.

Please note that above points does not make all the govt employees or police official corrupted but there are some employees in their department because of that people point out the fingers to everyone and to the whole department.
We also need to find out such honest people exist in those govt departments and need to appreciate them.

Govt School Education system in India

It was year 1989-90 when I joined Govt School for my primary education. That was the time when teachers were with very good quality and they loved this profession. That was the time when teachers were seriously teaching in Govt schools because at that time only few private schools were there in villages and small towns. Also teachers were not overloaded with some other works like elections, population counting, family planning etc etc.

But within few years, scenario started changing when education became business in the country. Lots of private schools started opening. And private schools attracted parents with providing grater facilitates and with introducing English in school curriculum. It had lots of impact on Govt schools since Govt did not revise their plan and did not take private schools as challenge. Also In the same time teachers were engaged in lots of Govt works like elections etc.Slowly slowly teachers lost their interest and Govt schools started failing in all the fields. Now the situation is worst. As per latest information’s the results of board exam in Govt schools are very bad and also teachers are not coming to schools for teaching.Schools have big staffs but one or two teachers are coming into schools at a time and they are with 100 percent attendance record of teachers.

Corruption also played a big role for making it worst over the years.

Now what next??

Now what shall we do to improve Govt education system: - First thing is that Govt must need to stop engaging people into other activities like election duties etc. Rather Govt must recruit other people for that purpose so that teachers can concentrate on education and employment of India will also increase by this.
Teachers must understand their responsibility and importance of this cause. They must understand that their teaching is capable of changing the life of individual and capable of changing the life of country as well.

There must be tight monitoring of all the activities in education system and corruption must end in education system.

Parents whose children are studying in Govt School must be aware and must make a complaint if teachers fail to educate.

Govt need to invest huge amount of money in Govt Schools and must compete the private schools in terms of quality of education, infrastructure and facilities. They need to understand the mindset of parents and must work towards attracting parents to join their children in Govt School.

Slum free India in coming 5 years???

I was reading in newspapers recently that The UPA government unveiled its plan for introducing Rajiv Awas Yojana for slum dwellers under JNNURM and hoping that India will be slum free in coming next few years only.

What you people say???

I doubt on this because they are not looking to the grass root problem and they are providing the solution of this problem by offering new houses. I am not saying that govt should not go for Rajiv awaas yojanaa but my point is that Government need to look the main problem which is forcing people to choose to stay in slums.

Lets discuss it:
In recent years India started growing with 6 to 8 percent GDPA and due to this growth Indian cities generated lots of business. Also in the same time India suffered a lot from climate change and it had a lot of impact on agriculture of India.
So for "ROTI KAPDA AND MAKAAN" people started migrating from small villages or towns to big cities so they could fulfill their basic needs.
But since inflation rate was also increasing every year so it was too costly to stay in big cities for those poor people. On the same time there was no use of going back to their hometown. So rather going back to their hometown they chose to stay in very small places and slums started growing. So this was the reason of slums in India.
Also people from countries like Nepal, Bangladesh came for livelihood in India and they also chose to stay in such small places.

Now Govt is planning to go for Rajiv awas Yojna for those people who stay in slums but this will not eliminate slum problems rather it will create more slums in India.

Now you are thinking how???

According to me more and more people will migrate to Cities for the need of this kind of houses and as well for finding the jobs and may cause big big issues in cities.

What Govt must do to avoid slums:-
Everyone knows that India is having a lot of monsoon issues due to global warming caused by developed and India itself. And it had a lot of impact on agriculture of India on which 60 percent Indians are dependent.
So now those Indians are suffering from unemployment and govt need to develop a basic
Infrastructure in rural part of countries so that more employment can be generated in rural
India. Govt can spend 3,60,000 crore rupees in rural employment and infrastructure rather then in Rajiv Awas Yojana. All the facilities need to be avail to those people so that migration of people will stop and they will enjoy staying in their hometown rather then running to cities.

Now I think I do not need to explain that how Govt can develop infrasturcute in rural India or How govt can genrate jobs in rural India.

Mathura..Is it a holy place?????

It was 25th Jan 2009, Day before 60th Republic Day of India. I was traveling from Bangalore city to my home town Gangapur city by train. Since there is no direct train to GGC so I had to stay for 4 hrs in Mathura from where I could get another train to GGC.

Mathura, A holy place to Hindu pilgrims. This place is popular for lord Krishna,
Where people not only comes from India but also from various places of the world.

So I came down from Karnataka express early in the morning around 8:00 AM. It was bit coldy here and I just came to platform 2 to catch another train to GGC.
I was having four hours to wait there so I was thinking how to spend such a long time there. I was looking around on this platform to find out some coffee or book shop but one incident caught my eye where one man was beating one guy who was looking like a bagger. I just ran there to save him but in the same time this boy somehow escaped from that man and ran away.

It was horrible since all other people were just looking to that incident but no one came out to help this little boy. Few minutes after I just saw one group of children who were cleaning trains by their shirts and bagging money. The age of those children could be around 8 to 14 years but not more then that.
Some of them were just standing there and holding one small cloth in hand, smelling it again and again. I started monitoring their activity continuously and some time later one guy came out from that group. He had some problem in walking and was coming close to me. Suddenly I asked his name and place from where he belongs to. He asked me for one cup of coffee and I offered him by buying from nearby shop.

This was a conversation with one cup of coffee which unfolded a lot of hidden and painful real incident one by one that I could never imagine before.

He started saying that his name is Saddam and he is in Mathura from past 2 years. He lost his father in early age and his mother sold him for some amount of money to one “SAITH”.
He belongs to patna in Bihar and came to this place with his “SAITH”. He must have to pay his “SAITH” around 10,000 in a month by bagging or by doing anything but on the plateforms only. He does not get anything back from “SAITH”. It was such a unhuman act that I could never imagine before.

When I was talking to him one more guy came to me and was looking like 14 years old guy.
He was holding one paper which was printed in HINDI and was asking to Saddam that what is written in that paper. Both of them were just trying something to figure out by looking the pictures but were not able to translate.

Then Saddam started talking about him and introduced to me himself as Rupesh. I shaked hand with him and never cared about his dirty hands at all. I started asking about the guy who was beaten up by one man and came to know that Rupesh was the one who only got beaten up by that man. That man was nothing but a police man or cop who was beating to Rupesh because rupesh was not working for him.
Rupesh told that this cop asked him to work in his home without money, Rupesh told that how it is possible because already he works for “SAITH” and has to earn around 10,000 rs/.

When I asked him in details then a hidden truth came out from him that “SAITH” is nothing but a man from one gang and they work for him. They have to earn 10,000 rs/ per month and if they fail to do so then they get beaten up and do not get food for 1 week and locked up in one dark room for over a week.

I suggested them to run away then they told that it is not possible because in every station they have their people and this chain is national wide chain where one gang support to others. Even if we try to escape and get caught up then they either cut our lags or remove our eyes.

I was horrified to listen that and one time got fear that I may also be trapped because I was openly talking to them. But I was getting voice from my inside that let’s talk to them and try to help them as much as possible.

I asked about small cloth that they were using for smelling. Then Rupesh told that It was nothing but “GAANZA” and children were forced to take it so that they do not feel tired and can work for whole day with this without worrying of food. Also in subconscious mind it was not easy to run away from that place. Later after getting habit of these drugs children will not run away and will come back to them for fulfilling the need of this.

I asked them about NGO’s or other people who can come to them for this help then this guy started abusing them and said no one comes to them.

I was really shocked and surprised that while one side India is flying high with 7-9 percent of GDP growth, other side I think crime was also rising with this much of growth.
But why they were targeting to children this question is unanswered.

I always think that where is the govt, where the social organization, where they are spending the thousands of crore rupees. Are they spending on the people who are already developed?

I myself was really ashamed because I could not help them other then a cup of tea and small intraction where they need lots of moral and emotional support.

What about those children who lost their childhood, education, their rights and everything.

Children are the future of Country and we need to take care of each and every child, not only the children of rich people but also to the children who are living or working in slums.

Govt really need to take action against those cops and gangs and also cops need to understand their responsibility.

Here each and everyone has to understand his/her responsibility to develop the nation.
If we will not do that then what if those children may land up with doing wrong things like terrorist activities and the day is not far away when whole country will suffer.

Request all of you young guns to join hands and help them out.

Thanks

"Kanzaar Basti" in Rajasthan

I have some experience to share with you Guys....This experience I got when I went home on February 2009.

After staying few days at home I planned to visit one Hanuman temple near to my village....

But I was thinking how to visit this place because in some places like that transportation is not so easy….. ..especially in Rajasthan there are hundreds of villages where No Road, No electricity and No Buses.... People travel by there 11 no. vehicles for around 3 to 6 kms and then they get some buses to travel....

But when I talked to my father about going there then I came to know that his friend is serving there as Medical officer and I can go with him...
I was happy that this became so easy for me to visit this place and I did not need to walk 6 km to visit that place....

So I met to doctor Uncle...A medical officer in that area..and went to Balaji temple with him...
He went to his office and told me to meet him there....

I visited Hanumanji temple and came back to his office in 30 mins....It was around 12:30 PM and Uncle told me that we will be going home around 2:00 PM...

So I was sitting there on a chair...which was basically for patients but nobody was coming to hospital so I was able to use it....after around 15 mins 2 ladies came to that place and started talking with Doctor....were telling that PF + has spread in “Kanzzar Basti” a lot (PF + is one level higher then malaria)....those ladies were medical nurses who generally visits those Basti's at least once in a month

Let me tell you something about "Kanzzar Basti"...U might not have heard about this term before...Let me introduce you about this...
Kanzzar is one community in Rajasthan also called "kaalbeliyaa" or "sapera"...Earlier they used to do "Gaana Baazana" for kings and earning money with this work...slowly slowly things started changing and India got Independence...
All Kingdoms got over and there was no ruling of Kings…..slowly Raajputaana families stopped calling Kanzzars for "Gaana Baazana"...and It impacted a lot to Kanzaars....

Also Kanzaars are treated as lower cast or "achoots" so nobody touches them and nobody gives them any Job....
No one calls them in society meeting....Also Kanzaars are not having any farmlands so that they can have dependency on agriculture....

And you know that It is really tough to live if you don’t have any job….if you don’t have any earning resources....

So they started living in isolated places ...far away from repudiated societies....and now they are struggling a lot to live a good and healthy life...

So come back to Doctor Sahib and two young nurses....they were discussing what to do...Doctor sahib told that he has already raised his concern to main office and doctor's team will be visiting soon to that place....But I requested to doctor sahib to visit that place today itself as we came to know that already two young people died due to PF+....

So we went to Kanzar basti...I was shocked and horrified to see them and their living standards...they were living like "AADIWAASI PEOPLE"......their homes were completely surrounded by trees and the environment was completely different .....

There were lots of mosquitoes around and they were not looking good at all....I interacted with them and came to know lot more....

One Old man was sitting there...I greeted him with Rajasthani way with saying RAAM RAAM...and he nodded back by RAAM RAAM and started saying that sahib we do not have daily food to eat...our life is completely based on bagging and it is very difficult lo live life with depending on others....
Our two children were died and we do not have money to go in hospitals for better treatment...

As we know that "ROTI KAPDA AND MAKAN" are most necessary and very basic things to live and they were struggling for these basic things only...forget about education and other facilities....
Looked like they were living in completely isolated world where nobody was there to interact with them....nobody was there to listen to them....

Also It was so sad to hear that Government sanctioned 1 lakh to each family for new houses, now its more then 5 years and they are yet to receive that money....I don’t think that they will get this money in near future...may be already in papers it might have given to them....

Doctor uncle gave them some pills and suggested them the ways to avoid PF+....
But I was so sad to see them living in such life....

Now guys please tell me that who is responsible for this....After so many years of independence there are so many people still living life like this....
Will this kind of problems be solved in near future....will the Government come forward to help them out.....It is still a big question...

But whoever read this ....please think about them...and if you find such communities who are struggling then please try to provide as much help as you can.....

Thanks

SRI LANKA : NEW CHALLANGES AHEAD

Sri lankan government finnal won 37 month battle with LTTE and its an end of civil war which was started from 1983.
Yesterday Sri lankan Govt announced that LTTE supremo Prabhakaran is dead. But some tamil groups are claiming that he is still alive. Now its not the matter of Prabhakarn dead or alive.
Now this is the time of restructuring the country.Already 5000 tamil community people died and thousands of people have become homeless.
Now the whole world is watching to SriLanka that how this country and its government will deal with this situation and will help lankan tamilians to find new lifes.....
I feel that government must show sympathy to tamil people as soon as possible rather then celebrating the win against LTTE.
Government must realise their problem and take action on the issues of tamilians in srilanka. Because if government fails to do that then tomorrow someone else may have chance to influence the people in the other direction and again it will be a problem for Island.
So what Government must do:-
1. Sympathy and harmony with tanilians.
2. Faster work for relocation
3. Providing all medical and other facilities to the families
4. Political and social arrangement with themIt will be great if some tamil people join the government and take responsibilty to build nationality and values among them
5. Must work along with International community.

The actual problem is still alive and the problem is that The majority population of Sri Lanka, the Sinhalese, were repressing the minority Tamil population. This problem hasn't gone away.
Also Srilankan president has already ignored the international community's plea to for a cease-fire to allow the hundreds of thousands of trapped (mostly Tamil) civilians to escape.
Now if he will not gain the confidence of International community then it may lead to political problems for srilanka in near future.

The support is needed because he has to find a way to integrate the Tamil people into civic and social life and that can not be done all alone. Lots of fund is needed, UN's help is needed and that can be done only when they are open to listen others.

Brian Orland a great jounralist has already suggested that The Sri Lankan government must express to the Tamil population that they are a cared for and valued part of the Sri Lankan populace, and place a particular emphasis on winning over the Tamil youth.Tamil youth show a natural proclivity towards armed revolt, and they played a significant part in the rebel movement that began the civil conflict. A scenario in which Sri Lanka slips back into civil conflict casts them in a starring role. To prevent this scenario, the Sri Lankan government must concentrate its efforts on the Tamil youth to ensure they find economic opportunities and their place in the democratic process.

IS U.S. A THREAT TO INDIA AND ASIA...

I wanted to write on this topic long ago since I see the influence of US has grown in ASIA from past couple of years.......I would like to through some positive points here to make a decision on the main heading....

It all started with IRAQ and AFGANISTAN WAR...
Let’s discuss one by one...

Why US attacked on IRAQ.....
US started WAR by saying that IRAQ has weapons of mass destruction (WMD). According to US, IRAQ was the threat to whole world since Saddam developed biological weapons.
But everyone knows that the fight was for OIL and US wanted to secure his OIL "Khazzana" for near future.....
But In 2005, the Central Intelligence Agency released a report saying that no weapons of mass destruction had been found in Iraq.
So according to reports main causes of US war with IRAQ were as follows:-

1. Wanted to keep alive his empire of dollar:-
The War to Save US Dollar article explains that “The Americans could live with Saddam until he started selling oil for euros instead of U.S. dollars. Then the Europeans could live with him.”

IRAQ with some European countries wanted to re-shape the global economical system by converting it from a petrodollar to a petroeuro system and US did not want to loose his empire of petrodollar.

2. Save US oil resources:
US wanted to save his Oil resources for his better future and wanted to offer cheap oil to his countryman but both were not possible until US could have used some other countries natural resources.
Since IRAQ was the second largest known oil reserves in the world. US wanted to theft this and even they made all analysis that how the theft of Iraqi oil would pay for the war and be a great benefit to US corporations and the average American.
This article “Why Bush Jr. Wants War on Iraq - A Crisis Really about Saudi Arabia" clearly explains this.

3. To have a presence in Arab Areas:-
This WAR resulted presence of US in ARAB nations. Now US is in centre of ARAB and can control anything and everything in ARAB.
Now it is very easy for US to make targets for IRAN and other ARAB countries and even tried to have a war with IRAN in the name of "IRAN...A Nuclear threat to the whole world".

Afghanistan War:-
The War in Afghanistan, which began on October 7, 2001. The reason they told to International community is that The aim of the invasion is to find the Osama bin Laden and other high-ranking al-Qaeda members and put them on trial, to destroy the whole organization of al-Qaeda, and to remove the Taliban regime which supported and gave safe harbor to al-Qaeda so that 9/11 incident never happens again.

But this Taliban as per the report was created by US only during AFGAN- Russia War so that Russia will not be able to succeed to have control over Afghanistan. Hilary Clinton only made this statement in 2009.

Also some expert says that 9/11 was created by US only...I m not sure how much truth in this ...But I suspect here that why US is going to kill Taliban and Al-Qaeda if they are the inventions of US only....Is this the way to have control over Afghanistan so that US can have a great base...Expert said YES.....Also it is thoughtful.....
After gaining control over Afghanistan it was very easy to have threat for 3 billion people who live in India and China....and also over many more small countries....So it covers control over all powerful Asian countries...

Now But US has not stopped it yet....After gaining control over Afghanistan...US started attack on Pakistan's tribal area...
Some report says that Taliban had a base there and US want to finish Taliban....
What do you think??? Is this true????..

Let’s discuss something else ..
Let’s have a look on 26/11 on India...

After 26/11 everyone pointed finger on Pakistan and investigation is still going on...But interesting thing is that the technology that terrorist used is nowhere in use by Pakistan and terror outfits...
Whole world has an impression that some terror outfit in Pakistan who had done 26/11...
But does it look so easy...
I have a view here...But no proof...let’s discuss it...
What I feel is that there might be a chance that this operation is made by CIA and ISI together in such a way that whole world will look in the way that they want to show...

So Pakistan will get a bad image in world community and America will be able to pressurize for more DRONA attacks in Pakistan....and slowly slowly...Pakistan will fall in the hand of US like Afghanistan...

I pointed out this after Pakistani president Zardaari made an official statement that CIA and ISI were together for so many operations earlier...Now still there is chance that they are together...

Now why Pakistan??...

If you have a control over Pakistan then it’s just a border away to China and India....
And US have done the same...
So now India and China can never show the finger on US...since US is very near to do anything. Everything...

So I strongly feel that US has come very near to these countries and there will be lot of influence from US to these countries...

Latest news from Times of India unveils the following:-

"The Left on Thursday accused the US of "brazen interference" in India's internal affairs in the wake of reports that its top envoy here had met political leaders allegedly canvassing against their role in the next government.

"If the reports are true, then this is gross interference in our internal affairs by the US. Its imperialist character has once again revealed itself through its brazen interference in the affairs of an independent country," CPM Politburo member Sitaram Yechury said here.

US is accessing India in the name of INDO-US deal....

So I feel that future of ASIA does not look good. I sense that there is something bad going to happen...I do not know what....But I feel ...something bad.....

Please share your Views...And pray to save Asia...

I am adding US president’s statemet…
President-elect Barack Obama on Monday said that terror modules functioning in South Asia represented the biggest threat to the United States. Obama told a group of reporters that the US cannot tolerate a world where innocents are killed by extremists based on twisted ideologies...

What you will say....
Give me the answers…How many people died due to south asia…
I don’t think you have any answer….Let me ask one more question…

How many people died due to America’s war in Asia…
Afganistan:- 706,899 people all to gather that were killed
IRAQ :- 269,000

Can one vote make a difference?

People might be thinking that why I am writing on this after the voting of all phases got over.
But I was watching closely this election and got a lot input from the people about this in this period of time.

Lets first hear from some of the people about their opinion:-

Prabhu Chawla a generalist says:

Each vote counts. There are many candidates who won or lost an election just by one vote. If you have the right to vote, please go and exercise it for the sake of democracy.

Abhay singh a software engineer says in his blog:
One of my colleagues in the office could not vote here in Bombay as he is only registered to do so in his home city of Calcutta.

Both of the opinion are taken in consideration in the coming discussion.

Before discussing on the main topic lets have a brief idea of this time of elections:

MORE THAN 16 per cent among 5,573 candidates contesting in the first three phases of Lok Sabha elections in the country have criminal records. Their number is 909. According to the data released by National Election Watch, most major political parties have fielded candidates with criminal records, with top four parties being Congress (100), BJP (98), BSP (88) and SP (39).

314 candidates in 4rth pole have criminal records pending against them. This is higher to the corresponding figures of the first three phases.

This gives an Idea that what is the quality of candidates who are contesting the poles for this election.

I have few questions here.
If all are criminals from your place then whom you will choose? will you select a criminal...
Your obvious answer is No.....Then what will you do? Will you not vote?

If you will not vote then obviously one of criminal is going to select....

People think that we can give a negative vote so that these candidates will get rejected. But unfortunately our election commission does not even talk about negative vote and also in the electronic machines there are no option of negative vote (As I heard from people...Even I did not find...There is also a lack of demonstration of EVM).
If you are seriously interested in giving negative vote then first you need to approach Polling officer. They will hand over you a separate form for registering negative vote. And if you will do so then there is a chance that supporters who always stand nearby polling officers may identify this and you may land up in trouble.

So this complexity avoids people to go for vote.

Also even though if you have a voter ID card then still there are chances that you can not vote. Some of the points that I have noticed are as follows:

1. Every year it happens that some of the names of people always get missing from the voting list
2. If you are not available at your hometown where your name is listed then you can not vote because you can not vote from another polling booth.

If you want to vote at different place then first you need to give an application to some state election office and then still not sure that you will get a chance to vote.

So again people avoid to go in offices because in govt offices "Babbus" never listen to people and it takes whole day to submit the application.

I would like to share my personal experience here on "Farzee" (fake voters who vote in the name of other people) votes.

Everyone knows that 60 percent of Indian live in Villages and in villages in fact I have seen the "Farzee" voting.
Supporter comes with Guns and start the Farzee Voting.....No body can stop them to do so...Because there is no police...no army...

If I am wrong then you can read newspapers that there were repolling in several places of India...these were the places where "Farzee" voting came to notice by media...others we do not get..

In Brief:

Why young people are not going for vote?

1. Because people aren’t registered to vote since registration is not automatic.
2. Voting mechanism is not flexible.
EX:- Abhay singh'S Opinion.
3. They feel that their vote won’t make a difference because people are coming with criminal records.
4. They also feel that in front of Farzee votes how a vote can make a difference.

What can be done?
1. The system needs to be modified and needs to introduce more technology in the elections.
2. If the person is having voter ID then he/she should be able to cast vote in any part of country.
3. Parties must understand the young generation needs and must avoid criminal people to join and contest election.
4. Must stop "Farzee" Voting.

So If government and politicians make sure to take an action on all above four points then I can assure you guys that voting will increase and definitely people will have a feeling that ONE VOTE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

But if all four things could not be implemented then I also with the people who do not go for voting stand on the point that ONE VOTE CAN NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE in India.

So I request to the system and election commission that please make sure you take all necessary actions before saying ONE VOTE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE so that this can made it true and India can be 100 percent democratic country not secular.

"Lanchaan Ki politics"

Similar to previous elections....again politics started with pointing the fingers on others....
But this time finger is not only pointed to particular party but also to individual politicians....

Lets discuss one by one about there opinion and ours...

Advani says that Manmohan Singh is weak PM. In his words....
“Indeed the weakest PM India has ever had"

I do not understand that why Advani is telling him a weak PM...does he says because Manmohan is physically weak and Advani is physically stronger then him.

Then let me remind him that both are more then 70 years old and India who is now dominated by bloody young generation does not need an old PM who can not assure that he will be able to live his own life for next 5 years...

Manmohan Singh a great economist also rather then talking for poor families and helping out the country from economic recession, he likes to give comment on Advani something like:

"What else has he (Advani) contributed to the national welfare? When he was the Home Minister, attack on Parliament took place, troops were mobilized for 12 months (on the border) and withdrawn without any reason resulting in losses to the tune of crores of rupees, Red Fort was attacked, plane was hijacked and terrorists were rewarded,"

Advani is calling for TV debate with Manmohan Singh....
But frankly speaking these kinda debates are not at all going to help India....

Lalu Singh Yadav who has showed a tremendous profit during UPA in Indian Railway after "Chaara ghotaala" and got some good image from Indians before campaign...but later on he also started the same politics of "Laanchan" and even spoke against UPA party members like Sonia, Manmohan while continuing to say support to UPA...

But what the hell he is thinking with this politics.....
Will this politics give more votes to his party...
I dont think so...I feel he lost his image due to these comments...
If he could have spoken about his achievement and also could have shown commitment to poor people ...could have done better this time in Bihar...
Since Nitish is doing a great Job in Bihar...looks like Lalu will have to take either another "awataar" or will have to publicize his achievements...

Sonia takes on Lalu saying that "Bihar saw dark days under Lalu"....
She a great leader, "some magazine wrote that she is most powerful lady in the world", will talk like that...will discuss only past not about future...then who the hell is gonna to give her a vote...If somebody ask me...I will never...

Now in this time of elections everybody wants to become PM....Mayawati also feels that she is front runner for PM....No doubt she is from UP. Which is giving maximum number of lokshabha seat in assembly, but can not be ignored rest of the country's seat....
Also she is CM of biggest populated state who is struggling a lot for economic stability...
corruption is too high...number of people below poverty line are 1/3rd of country...I think she should concentrate first for her job and should start helping to the state...If she can prove that, then I can bet you no body can stop her becoming PM of India...But If she thinks that by saying "Dalit ki Beti". she can become PM then should forget about it and also please make a note that she should stop the caste politics and dividing country in caste and religion....

Mulayam Singh Yadav....What the hell he is doing.....
He is hitting an election poll official and dream of becoming PM...A guy who is gonna to represent the people...If start hitting those people only then what the shit he thinks that even he and his party can make a difference in country...
He is I think living in past where he still want to stop using English and computer....a dumb guy...who still does not understand that the country is surviving on both only...

Also The kind of politics his party is playing is ashamed ,....distributing nude pics of their party members...commenting on each other....going court and abusing each other...

Then If Mulayam is not able to manage his own small party then how the hell he will be able to manage biggest democracy of the world....

I am not going much on individual. Because I am not the one who is playing politics of "Lanchaan"...I want to make the point here is that these politicians should stop playing politics of past and should seriously start politics of development...

They should have a definite vision for next 5 years and should stick to them...
Now globally we have become an integral part of the world...where other country is always looking at us...

And these politicians are going to represent the country....If these guys will act like that then this Youth someday will seriously remove all these guys...

So please start working for Poor’s...start saying about development and work on It....
Also make a good image in people.....Otherwise your time has gone....
Somebody will take over on you....

Divide and Rule....still present In India

Three century ago East India company came to India and started business here. After analyzing the social life and activities of Indian people they understood that they can control over India by "Divide and Rule" method. And they were successful by dividing people in the name of Region and were able to control over the whole Nation.
This is the story that every Indian knows....But even after this panic incident Indian did not learn to avoid this "Divide and Rule funda" and still people of India feeling pain because of this.
You will be thinking that how this is people...We are now living in democracy and having freedom.......But you are wrong....I will tell you how this is still alive in our society....
Lets discuss this bad mantra....and impact of it now....
Religion::::
In 1993 there was big religious clash between Hindu and Muslim in most of the country....
In 2008 there was clash between Hindu and Christians in Urisa and Karnataka states...
There was a fight in Rajasthan between Meena and Gurjar.....
There was clash between Maharashtra people (Belongs to some local sena) and north Indian people in Maharashtra....
There is always going on in Kashmir....
There are some nexal attacks in North East part of India.....some terrorist groups like ULFA are active in those reason......
These above are some very few example which shows that Divide and Rule still exist in India.
Now who are responsible for this....I will say all Indian people....Because they do not still understand that there is nothing in fighting simply for religion...
The politicians use this Funda frequently....Because they think that this is the simplest method for securing vote bank....So they use this Funda frequently.....And people easily come in their flow and get capture by them and brain washed by them....
Indian politics is really bad and the politicians do not think for developing the Nation...
Before elections there slogans will be Hindutva, Christianity....Castisam....Reservation etc.....
They do not care about impact of this because they are having Z-security....Common Indians do not have this security....
I observed that when people die then politicians just throw some amount of money rather then solving such kind of issue....
Why I said that all Indians are responsible for this because Indians only choose these politicians....
If you see the education background then you will find out that most of the MP are not well educated ....but they are in politics....such guys how can they talk about development...
What is the impact of this Divide and Rule now....
People die in clashes...after that their family suffers.....Nothing good comes out from this violence....
How can we avoid this:::
All people should understand their responsibility...Just need to understand that difference in religions and castisums , states , reason does not make people good and bad and they are not different...all are human beings....All should live in harmony...
People should select good politicians....And should be able to understand that we are all Indians...
He should be proud of Indian....
He should think that this freedom did not came in any offer...for this freedom all Indians together joined and fought for that...That time they did not think that they are from this or that religion or cast etc.....
Let’s follow them and help India to become a Great nation.....so that other Nation can follow us...
Lets set the good example in front of other nations....Lets prove Unity in Diversity....

ECONOMIC CRISIS...WHO IS RESPONSIBLE

Hi Guys ....
Economy of world is falling...not only companies  but also countries are affacted by this. Iceland is big looser in this era...This crisis is leading to recession after 1929....The whole world is affected by it and share markets are falling......

Now question comes that  how and why it happened suddenly????????
It is a big question and everyone is answering that United states house loan waiver is responsible for this...US people borrowed money from financial banks and were not able to pay back...so liquidity problem came and banks like lehman brothers were started loosing ....And banking affacted the whole market....which was reason of loosing other fields like IT....

But is it true.....is it the only reason for economic crisis....
I say No....The reason for crisis are
1.IRAQ and AFGAN war...
2. IRAN dispute....

Lets discuss one by one...

1.During IRAQ and AFGAN war there was lot of money borrowed by US goverment from FEDRAL bank and US was expecting to pay back by selling its new war equipments....But it did not happen...No other country was intrestred to buy its new war equipments....(US goverment genrate lot of revenue by selling its war equipments....)
Also US thought that it will be able to control over OIL but also was not  able to do that ....
So because of this there was liquidity crisis in market and everything went wrong for US....

2.what happpened when US wanted to control over IRAN nuclear programme...(I do not want to point out the motto of US over this...Because everyone know this)....In the reply of US, IRAN started dealing its business (mainly OIL) in EURO...RUSSIA also supported it and including RUSSIA some more major Europian countries started dealing the business in EURO.....Again it caused liqidity problem of CASH for US....
So both of the reason are responsible for recession in US ....But because most of the developing countries' economy depends upon US ...so thease countries are also getting affacted by recession....
So Now what is the solution??????
This question is left to you people....please write the solution for this problem which can not only help to our Nation but also can help to other countries......

Terrorism....an unhuman act

Now a day the biggest challenge of Human life is terrorism. It is growing rapidly after 2001 when AL-QUIDA attacked on United states.......What do you think who is encouraging such kind of act....who all are the responsible for it....is it religious....so many questions come in our mind when we think about terrorism....
The most affected nations from terrorism are :- India, Iraq, Palestine , Afghanistan and Pakistan
People says that terrorism is a religious act...But I feel that it is more political then religious....If you see in India there are some groups like parisad, sena...They are also actively participating in terrorism activity....they are the one who decides what to speak....what not to....
If you see in India... within a year, 5 to 6 cities were affected from bomb blast....hundreds of people were died......Now if we think logically then it seems like elections are near so terrorism activities are also getting pace.....But no one is having enough evidence to claim on....
People say that Pakistan is responsible for terrorism...It is 'yes'....But if you see that Pakistan itself is also getting affected with this.....
So why it is spreading so much into the world....what are the motives of terrorists......so lets try to give the answers for such questions.....
some militant group says that they want to spread their religion....some want to rule in the world and want to be Kings of Nations.....some want power...some groups want money.....
Who is responsible to spreading it .....
I feel it is our society who discriminate between people...The government is also responsible who does not work forward to give opportunities and education to the people....
If you will look to the small towns and villages ...there are schools...but there are no teachers...No one is to care for.....Now who is responsible then...It is our society only.....
Now give me answer of this question....what is society....
It is a group of people....now who are those people....you and me right....So If we can understand our responsibilities...If we can understand others as well.... then I can hundred percent assure you that there will not be such kind of unhuman act in the world.....
"Only an infinitely small minority of people will make the leap from extremist ideologies to unjustifiable acts of terrorism, but the problem exists and while seeking to intercept and prosecute terrorist networks, governments must also identify the underlying malaise within their communities in order to tackle the issue."
In today’s more than ever inter-connected world, there is a growingly visibledivision between communities. To build or repair bridges over increasingly ‘troubled waters’,and to promote common interests and mutual respect, we must engage in an inter-religiousand inter–cultural dialogue. Education and dialogue can help to change the conditions whichrisk to turn young people into agents of destruction.
