Slum free India in coming 5 years???

I was reading in newspapers recently that The UPA government unveiled its plan for introducing Rajiv Awas Yojana for slum dwellers under JNNURM and hoping that India will be slum free in coming next few years only.

What you people say???

I doubt on this because they are not looking to the grass root problem and they are providing the solution of this problem by offering new houses. I am not saying that govt should not go for Rajiv awaas yojanaa but my point is that Government need to look the main problem which is forcing people to choose to stay in slums.

Lets discuss it:
In recent years India started growing with 6 to 8 percent GDPA and due to this growth Indian cities generated lots of business. Also in the same time India suffered a lot from climate change and it had a lot of impact on agriculture of India.
So for "ROTI KAPDA AND MAKAAN" people started migrating from small villages or towns to big cities so they could fulfill their basic needs.
But since inflation rate was also increasing every year so it was too costly to stay in big cities for those poor people. On the same time there was no use of going back to their hometown. So rather going back to their hometown they chose to stay in very small places and slums started growing. So this was the reason of slums in India.
Also people from countries like Nepal, Bangladesh came for livelihood in India and they also chose to stay in such small places.

Now Govt is planning to go for Rajiv awas Yojna for those people who stay in slums but this will not eliminate slum problems rather it will create more slums in India.

Now you are thinking how???

According to me more and more people will migrate to Cities for the need of this kind of houses and as well for finding the jobs and may cause big big issues in cities.

What Govt must do to avoid slums:-
Everyone knows that India is having a lot of monsoon issues due to global warming caused by developed and India itself. And it had a lot of impact on agriculture of India on which 60 percent Indians are dependent.
So now those Indians are suffering from unemployment and govt need to develop a basic
Infrastructure in rural part of countries so that more employment can be generated in rural
India. Govt can spend 3,60,000 crore rupees in rural employment and infrastructure rather then in Rajiv Awas Yojana. All the facilities need to be avail to those people so that migration of people will stop and they will enjoy staying in their hometown rather then running to cities.

Now I think I do not need to explain that how Govt can develop infrasturcute in rural India or How govt can genrate jobs in rural India.
